ABOUT US

The core business revolves around refurbishment and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial property. Various social housing organisations and property management companies make up the predominant part of our expanding client base. We offer competitive pricing with quick turnaround whilst maintaining professionalism, quality and safe systems of work.

We are able to tender for works of any value across a large geographical area. Our typical workload at any one time consists of void property refurbishments, landscaping & fencing, surfacing & linemarking, repair & decoration, metalwork and flooring projects.

Our staff are qualified to recognised standards such as S.M.S.T.S and receive regular training and updates in Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, PASMA, IPAF, Abrasive Wheels and Working at Height amongst others.

Always seeking for innovation in our specialist fields, Hallmark reduce costs and security issues on refurbishment projects by using alternatives to traditional forms of scaffolding wherever possible. Aluminium system scaffolds and powered access machinery greatly reduce the cost to the client when having to undertake external repairs, decoration or fascia replacement contracts. Such methods also alleviate the potential problems of unauthorised access to a property, giving residents and property owners peace of mind during the contract period.

With environmental issues increasingly at the forefront of property refurbishment considerations, Hallmark take their responsibilities regarding such issues very seriously. Always seeking to use timber and other materials from sustainable sources and reducing/recycling packaging wherever possible. With paint and other containers making up a considerable amount of waste produced on sites, Hallmark have enrolled in merchant recycling initiatives, making sure that as little as possible ends up in landfill.

Asbestos is a major concern for anyone considering refurbishment works to aged properties. If an asbestos register for a property is not available, Hallmark ensure that an asbestos survey is undertaken to establish the extent and nature of asbestos present prior to any works commencing. Our specialists are then consulted should removal or encapsulation works be necessary. Full method and risk assessments are compiled and works carried out strictly in accordance with their requirements. Air sampling, testing and laboratory analysis is then undertaken to ensure that the occupiers’ environment remains at a safe level within the constraints of legislation.

Hallmark are committed to offering an exceptional service delivery.
