Burns Property ManagementHallmark were appointed to undertake replacement roofline works to 157 No. council owned properties in the Bournemouth area. Works involved providing safe access platforms for the operatives whilst minimising the inconvenience to the residents. A fully HSE compliant ladder and platform system was adopted, meaning that the access equipment could be erected and dismantled in a single day, thereby preventing the need to leave access scaffolding up overnight with security issues. The old timber fascias were stripped, old asbestos based soffits removed, bagged and disposed in accordance with HSE ACOP. New upvc roofline and rainwater goods installed. Hallmark management worked closely with the council and through daily communication and reporting, ensured any issues on site were dealt with immediately.
